→ Controlled acromegaly or normal; continue monitoring IGF-1 annually

→ Formal OGTT-GH and IGF-1; pituitary MRI; endocrinology referral
Active acromegaly likely
→ Pituitary MRI; surgical referral (transsphenoidal surgery first-line); somatostatin analogues; screen for GH-related complications
