Early stage (IA-IB1)

Locally advanced (IB2-IIA)

Regionally advanced (IIB-IIIC)
→ Definitive CRT with brachytherapy boost; bevacizumab for node-positive
Metastatic (IVA-IVB)
→ Palliative CRT or systemic chemotherapy; clinical trial consideration
