Score interpretation
→ IA–IB2: surgery usually preferred (fertility-sparing options for selected early tumours); IB2 may be treated with surgery or chemoradiotherapy; IB3: concurrent platinum-based chemoradiotherapy preferred. Gynae-oncology MDT.
→ IIA1: surgery or chemoradiotherapy; IIA2 and IIB: concurrent platinum-based chemoradiotherapy with brachytherapy. Gynae-oncology MDT.
→ Concurrent platinum-based chemoradiotherapy with brachytherapy (radiation fields to include involved nodes). Gynae-oncology MDT.
→ IVA: chemoradiotherapy in selected patients; IVB: systemic therapy and palliative care; clinical trial consideration. Gynae-oncology MDT.
