Score interpretation

Early stage (IA-IB1)

→ Surgery preferred; fertility-sparing for IA-IB1

Locally advanced (IB2-IIA)

→ Chemoradiotherapy or surgery for selected cases

Regionally advanced (IIB-IIIC)

→ Definitive CRT with brachytherapy boost; bevacizumab for node-positive

Metastatic (IVA-IVB)

→ Palliative CRT or systemic chemotherapy; clinical trial consideration
