Score interpretation
→ Conservative: sling for 3-6 weeks; physiotherapy; good outcome expected. Fracture-dislocation (associated glenohumeral dislocation): urgent orthopaedic review.
→ ORIF or conservative depending on type; surgical neck fractures may need fixation. Fracture-dislocation (associated glenohumeral dislocation): urgent orthopaedic review.
→ ORIF or hemiarthroplasty; high AVN risk with 4-part; reverse shoulder arthroplasty in elderly. Fracture-dislocation (associated glenohumeral dislocation): urgent orthopaedic review.
