Single 0–100 score summarising all postoperative complications by severity (Slankamenac 2013). Enter the number of complications of each Clavien-Dindo grade.
Score interpretation
CCI 0.
→ Standard recovery and discharge planning.
A single grade I scores 8.7 and a single grade II 20.9.
→ Manage individual complications per Clavien-Dindo. Discharge usually on schedule.
A single grade IIIa scores 26.2 and a single grade IIIb 33.7.
→ Review whether further intervention or escalation is needed; engage allied health and discharge planning early.
A single grade IVa scores 42.4 and a single grade IVb 46.2.
→ Critical care involvement; M&M review; family communication and goals-of-care discussion.
Cumulative burden above a single grade IVb complication.

Clavien-Dindo grade V.
