Sexual History + Risk Assessment
Comprehensive sexual history: number + gender of partners (last 3 months), types of sex (vaginal, anal, oral), condom use, partners abroad, sex worker contact, IVDU, transactional sex, blood transfusion abroad, MSM. Identify red flags: ulcers, discharge, pain, contact with confirmed STI, requested screen.
