Assesses functional exercise capacity. Calculates predicted 6MWT distance and interprets measured distance as percentage predicted.

Measured distance as a percentage of the Enright & Sherrill 1998 predicted value. There is no published banding of percent predicted; the lower limit of normal is the predicted distance minus 153 m (men) or 139 m (women).
