Tanner Stage 1-2 (Prepubertal / Early puberty)
→ Normal for young children; assess if delayed (>13F / >14M)
Tanner Stage 3 (Mid-puberty)
→ Normal pubertal progression
Tanner Stage 4-5 (Late / Complete puberty)
→ Normal; assess if precocious (<8F / <9M)
