Score interpretation

Stage I-IIA: Early breast cancer

→ Breast-conserving surgery or mastectomy; SLNB; adjuvant radiotherapy post-BCS; receptor-guided systemic therapy (hormone+/-chemo); Oncotype DX if HR+/HER2- N0

Stage IIB-IIIC: Locally advanced

→ Neoadjuvant chemotherapy to downstage; MDT planning; HER2+ add trastuzumab; axillary clearance for N+ disease; post-mastectomy radiotherapy; extended endocrine therapy (10 years) for HR+

Stage IV: Metastatic breast cancer

→ Palliative systemic therapy; HR+ first-line: CDK4/6 inhibitor + aromatase inhibitor; HER2+: trastuzumab + pertuzumab; BRCA1/2: PARP inhibitor; bone mets: zoledronate; clinical trial
