IGCCCG intermediate prognosis: 5-year survival 79 % (seminoma 72 %).
→ BEP ×4 cycles; consider VIP if PEB contraindicated; oncology referral
IGCCCG poor prognosis (non-seminoma only): 5-year survival 48 %.
