Reduced Fetal Movements
RFM: subjective decrease in frequency or intensity of fetal movements from normal pattern. Associated with placental insufficiency, fetal compromise, and stillbirth. From 24 weeks, advise all women to report RFM. No defined cut-off; focus on change from normal for that fetus.
