Where the money goes

  • • Hosting + CDN: ~£8/month for ~5 million pages served per year.
  • • AI Differential API costs: ~$0.02 per request — the 5/IP/day cap keeps this manageable but it's the largest line item.
  • • Content updates: BNFc, NICE NG/CKS, MHRA DSUs, ESC/ESMO/BSH guidelines all change. Every drug page is re-checked at least twice a year.
  • • Domain, SSL, mobile-app store fees.
