ClinCalc Pro is built privacy-first. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies. The points below describe exactly what is and isn't collected.
What we don't collect
- • No accounts. No sign-up. No email address required.
- • No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no third-party cookies.
- • No persistent storage of clinical content you submit.
What we do collect
Analytics
Anonymous, aggregate page-view counts via privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
AI Differential requests
The clinical scenario you submit is forwarded to Anthropic's API (Claude Sonnet 4.5) to generate the differential, then returned to your browser. Your IP address is logged solely to enforce a per-IP-per-day rate limit (5 requests). Aggregate input/output token counts are logged for cost monitoring. The body of your submission is not stored on our server beyond the duration of the request.
What you should never enter
Patient-identifiable information
Do not enter names, dates of birth, hospital numbers, addresses, or any other directly identifying information. Use clinical descriptions only (e.g. "55-year-old male, sudden tearing chest pain").
Mobile app
The Android app is offline-first; only the AI Differential feature uses the network, with the same rules as the website. See the Play Store listing for the full app data-safety declaration.
