Suspected Meningitis
Classic triad (neck stiffness, photophobia, headache) may be absent in young children. Red flags: non-blanching rash, bulging fontanelle (infants), high-pitched cry, seizures, altered consciousness, Kernig's/Brudzinski's sign.
