Paediatric CAP

CAP: fever, respiratory symptoms, new chest X-ray infiltrate. Most are viral in age <2. Bacterial (S. pneumoniae, H. influenzae, Mycoplasma) more common in older children. SpO2 <92% = significant hypoxia.
