Neonatal Jaundice
Jaundice in >50% of term and 80% of preterm neonates. Physiological: appears day 2–3, resolves by day 14. Pathological: first 24h, prolonged (>14 days term / >21 days preterm), conjugated (pale stools, dark urine).
