Adult dose
Dose: Post-exposure: 500 units IM as soon as possible (≤72h ideal). Neonate of HBsAg+ mother: 200 units IM ASAP after birth (with vaccine)
Route: IM
Frequency: single (per exposure)

- Combine with HBV vaccine for post-exposure prophylaxis (occupational sharps injury, perinatal exposure, sexual exposure)

Contraindications
- IgA deficiency with anti-IgA antibodies
