Recognise & Resuscitate

Classical triad (fever + neck stiffness + altered mental state) absent in many. Consider in any: fever + headache, fever + rash (especially non-blanching petechial), seizure, ALOC, focal neurology. ABCDE, IV access, monitor. NEWS2 + GCS.
