Score interpretation
Score 0–3: ~7.9% PE probability
→ D-dimer; if negative, PE excluded
Score 4–10: ~28.5% PE probability
→ D-dimer or CTPA depending on clinical context
Score ≥11: ~72.7% PE probability
→ CTPA; consider empirical anticoagulation
