Moderate 1-year mortality risk. Disease progression expected.

→ Optimise antifibrotic therapy; consider escalation; lung transplant evaluation; palliative care input

High 1-Year Mortality Risk 41–100

High risk of death within 1 year.

→ Urgent lung transplant evaluation; intensive palliative care; advance care planning discussion; symptom management
