History & Initial Exam

Time course, pain (gritty vs deep), photophobia, vision change (blurring vs loss vs floaters/flashes), discharge, contact lens use, trauma. Visual acuity (Snellen each eye), pupils (RAPD), fundoscopy if possible, IOP if available.
