Hypertension
Confirm with ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM) or home BP monitoring (HBPM) if clinic BP ≥140/90. Stage 1: 135/85 ABPM. Stage 2: ≥150/95 ABPM. Severe: clinic ≥180/120.
