Classifies rheumatoid arthritis using 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria. Score >=6 = definite RA. Replaces 1987 criteria; captures early RA.
Score interpretation
Criteria not met for RA (<6 points)
→ RA classification not met; consider other inflammatory arthritis; reassess if symptoms persist
Definite RA (>=6 points)
→ Definite RA; refer rheumatology; start DMARDs (methotrexate first-line); treat-to-target
