Identify Sepsis
Sepsis-3: life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by dysregulated host response to infection. SOFA score (≥2 point increase) or qSOFA (RR ≥22, ALOC, SBP ≤100). Septic shock: persistent hypotension requiring vasopressor for MAP ≥65 + lactate >2 despite adequate volume.
