Anterior Uveitis
Inflammation of uveal tract (iris + ciliary body). Features: painful red eye, photophobia, blurred vision, ciliary flush (perilimbal injection), small/irregular pupil (posterior synechiae), keratic precipitates (KP) on corneal endothelium, flare + cells in anterior chamber. Most common uveitis (75%).
